What LoanLogic is

LoanLogic is a mortgage strategy, calculation, and presentation tool used by mortgage professionals. Each subscribing or beta-testing loan officer has a separate account and is responsible for deciding what client information is appropriate to enter into the service.

Information we process

We process account information such as the loan officer's name, email, phone number, NMLS information, company details, branding, preferences, templates, beta participation records, and feedback. When a loan officer uses LoanLogic for a client, the service may also process information entered into a presentation or analysis, such as a client's name, email address, loan terms, property or purchase assumptions, debts, estimated assets or cash-to-close goals, and other mortgage-scenario inputs.

LoanLogic is not intended to store Social Security numbers, passwords, bank-account credentials, full account numbers, government identification numbers, tax returns, paystubs, bank statements, or full credit reports. Do not enter information the tool does not need or information your company prohibits from being stored in third-party software.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate and secure the service, calculate and save mortgage scenarios, generate client presentations, provide sharing features, maintain user settings, respond to support or beta feedback, detect misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve LoanLogic.

Loan officer and client data

Loan officers and their organizations retain their rights in the client information they enter. LoanLogic does not claim ownership of borrower or client data. Access controls are designed so one loan officer cannot access another loan officer's saved presentations, templates, or client records through normal application access.

Service providers and disclosures

LoanLogic uses third-party infrastructure and technology providers, including Base44, to host and operate the application. Information may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, or maintain the service, or when disclosure is required by law, legal process, security needs, or protection against fraud or misuse.

LoanLogic does not sell borrower or client information for advertising.

Security

LoanLogic uses account authentication, access controls, record-level permissions, private sharing tokens, and other technical safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. Loan officers remain responsible for their own credentials, devices, company policies, and the information they choose to enter.

Retention and deletion

Account and client information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Account holders can use the account-deletion feature or contact the LoanLogic administrator regarding deletion. Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups or logs where technically necessary or legally required.

Mortgage-company responsibilities

A loan officer's employer or mortgage company may have its own privacy notice, information-security program, vendor-management process, and restrictions on third-party services. Use of LoanLogic does not replace those obligations. Loan officers are responsible for obtaining any approval their company requires before entering consumer information.

Questions

For a privacy, security, access, or deletion question during beta, contact the LoanLogic administrator using the contact information provided with your invitation.
