LoanLogic Founding Beta Terms

Version 2026-10-v1 · October 28, 2026

1. Beta license and term

An invited founding beta tester receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LoanLogic for evaluation in the tester's mortgage business for 60 days. The 60-day period begins when the tester accepts these terms and completes onboarding, not when the invitation email is sent.

2. Proprietary software and restrictions

LoanLogic and its software, code, user experience, calculation engines, workflows, documentation, designs, reports, presentation formats, and product concepts are proprietary. The tester may use the product for the tester's own mortgage business but may not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, publish source code, share account credentials, scrape the service, circumvent security controls, reverse engineer the product except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use access to build or assist in building a substantially competing product.

3. Beta feedback requirement

Founding beta participation requires a completed in-app feedback check-in approximately every seven days. A tester may also report bugs, suspected calculation discrepancies, and feature requests at any time. Required check-ins are a condition of continued free beta access. LoanLogic may suspend beta access when a required check-in is overdue until the check-in is completed.

4. Feedback rights

The tester grants LoanLogic a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use suggestions, ideas, feature requests, workflow observations, and other product feedback to develop, improve, market, and commercialize LoanLogic. This does not transfer ownership of the tester's client data, employer confidential information, or other information identified as belonging to the tester or a third party.

5. Client data and prohibited information

The tester remains responsible for information entered about clients and for following employer policies and applicable privacy requirements. LoanLogic is not intended to store Social Security numbers, passwords, bank-account credentials, full account numbers, government identification numbers, tax returns, paystubs, bank statements, or full credit reports. The tester must not enter information that the product does not need or that the tester's organization prohibits from being stored in a third-party service.

6. Financial calculations and official disclosures

LoanLogic is a strategy, calculation, and presentation tool. It is not a Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, approval, preapproval, credit decision, underwriting decision, commitment to lend, rate lock, or substitute for official lender disclosures. During beta, the tester must verify rates, fees, loan amounts, payments, APR, mortgage insurance, government program fees, prepaid items, cash to close, eligibility assumptions, and other client-facing results against the tester's lender systems and requirements before relying on or sharing them.

If a calculation appears wrong or questionable, the tester must report it promptly and should not rely on the affected result until it has been reviewed.

7. Compliance and employer approval

The tester is responsible for obtaining any employer, compliance, information-security, vendor-management, or other approval required to use LoanLogic and for complying with applicable federal and state law, company policy, investor requirements, advertising rules, licensing requirements, fair-lending obligations, and privacy requirements. LoanLogic does not provide legal or compliance advice and does not make the tester's use compliant merely by providing disclosures or calculation tools.

8. Security and account use

Accounts are individual and credentials must not be shared. The tester must use reasonable security practices, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and avoid attempts to access another user's records or circumvent product security. LoanLogic may suspend access to protect the service or other users while a security concern is investigated.

9. Beta changes, availability, and termination

Beta software changes as it is tested. Features may be corrected, added, removed, or changed. Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, security concerns, violation of these terms, or failure to participate in required beta feedback. The beta may also be discontinued. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.

10. Founding tester conversion benefit

A founding tester who completes the 60-day beta in good standing will be eligible, if a paid individual LoanLogic subscription is offered, for a founding subscription price equal to 50% of the then-current standard monthly price for the comparable individual plan. The founding rate continues while that subscription remains continuously active. If the tester cancels or allows the subscription to terminate and later returns, the prior founding rate is not restored and the then-current available price applies.

11. Beta warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided for evaluation without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. LoanLogic is not responsible for lending decisions, compliance decisions, official disclosures, or losses caused by a tester's failure to verify beta outputs as required by these terms. Any limitations that cannot legally be excluded remain subject to applicable law.

12. Acceptance

The tester accepts these terms electronically during onboarding. LoanLogic records the accepted version, account identity, and acceptance time. The accompanying Privacy Notice is incorporated by reference for purposes of explaining how information is handled.
